Cancellation Policy – Gajlaxmi Paithani

At Gajlaxmi Paithani, we aim to process and ship orders quickly so that you receive your products on time.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

a. Before Order is Processed

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

b. After Order is Processed / Shipped

• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• For prepaid orders, no refund will be issued once shipped.

2. Cancellation by Gajlaxmi Paithani

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock
• Payment issues or incomplete transaction
• Incorrect or unreachable delivery address
• Failure due to system or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Courier service not available for your location

In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancelled by customer (within 6 hours):

• 100% refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If cancelled by us:

• Refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Frequent COD cancellations may lead to suspension of COD privileges for that customer.

5. Modification of Orders

• Orders cannot be modified once processed.
• For changes (address, product, etc.), contact us immediately within 6 hours of placing the order.
