Shipping Policy – Gajlaxmi Paithani

At Gajlaxmi Paithani, we ensure safe, fast, and reliable delivery of your products across India and selected international locations.

Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

For India (Domestic Shipping)

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery.

For International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on the country.
  • Additional customs charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on qualified orders (you can set the rules later).
  • Standard shipping charges apply to the rest of the orders, shown at checkout.
  • International shipping charges depend on weight and location.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
  • You can track your order in real-time until it is delivered.

5. Packaging & Safety

We use secure, moisture-proof, and tamper-proof packaging to protect your premium Paithani sarees and accessories during transit.

Fragile items are packed with extra safety layers.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If the customer is unreachable or unavailable:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Reshipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt

7. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Gajlaxmi Paithani is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Unavailability of customer
  • Wrong pin code

If the order returns due to such issues, the customer must pay reshipping charges.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Local restrictions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Festivals or national holidays

We will assist you in tracking the package, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

9. Damaged / Tampered Shipment

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept it
